ad tech set for a bigger second year

AD TECH

Show News

ad:tech, the dedicated UK Exhibition and Conference dedicated to the interactive advertising and marketing sector, this year made an even bigger splash than it's hugely successful debut last year.

ad:tech also featured Google University, which proved to be a runaway success last year with both exhibitors and visitors.

The show this year has attracted even more of the highest calibre companies operating within the digital sector. Speakers included in the comprehensive two day conference programme include the highest level marketers from ITN, Guardian Unlimited, Adidas, McDonalds, Advertising.com, Toshiba, BskyB, and the UK Association of Online Publishers, to name but a few.

"The future of advertising is the internet"? Bill Gates, Chairman and Chief Software Architect, Microsoft.

If you're not already, ask yourself:

As the UK marketplace continues to grow, the importance of online advertising increases. For 2006 the UK will have the biggest of the European ad markets, at £653 million, according to the IAB UK. That figure grew by a remarkable 60% over 2003, and now accounts for 3.9% of the total share of advertising spending in the UK. Every industry from retail to healthcare; travel & leisure to financial; FMCG to real estate; automotive to the public sector; benefit from the power of interactive marketing for one-to-one communication with its customers, clients and users.
